Since I live in a very large apartment complex with lots of three-story buildings, one day last week I decided to start walking around and climbing to third floor and down on several buildings... I made 7 flights of 32 steps each... plus 5 flights of 24 each at work... well over 300 steps!
This week I decided to challenge myself to a total of 1000 steps (this is in addition to some gym workouts, etc.). Will anyone join me in this challenge? I'm sure LOTS of us live in areas where we can easily find some stairs to climb!!
