DSownside of bra after race it has velcro straps had to lower them to lowest... then it POPPED on one side was not a good thing... I will sew them...I bought it thoough amazon CHEAP so will keep GOOD firm bra BUT staps COULD be an issue dependind I was at limits... It was really pressing on my shoulders if I did noot loosen and when I did there was not much room... so I think I wil sew and then un sew if I need to tighten. IT is a good bra and although not easy toget on and off it was only 30. including shipping and I don't have much money!!!
