To all of you Ontarians out there!! I thought it would be a great idea if starting tomorrow February 21st we could start a 1 month challenge of encouraging ourselves to do 30 minutes of some form of excercise each day and share our experiences about it.
We would encourage each other and see what others are doing out there for excercise. Let me know what you think!!
