375 + 60 = 435

60 minutes of aquadance today, it was really good fun as well, going to add it to my weekly schedule!

265 minutes to go this week to reach my Sunday target!

Everybody is really cranking up the minutes! Great job!

I love this thread! Every time I think "I really don't want to exercise today..." I think about this thread and have to workout so I can add minutes to my tally. I also push myself to workout longer.
So today I exercised for 1 hr 45 minutes for a total of 17.5 hrs! Wow, it is really adding up! I'm def. using that gym membership!

Well, I almost backed out of yoga, but instead of not going, I just went in the evening and asked my husband if wanted to go with me. Totally different kind of yoga class than last week. This week was super basic and not really difficult. We didn't hold poses for very long, etc. but I can tell the stretching will be good for me.

Still doing the double express classes tomorrow evening - 45 minutes of strength followed by 45 minutes of step.

Up to 545 minutes...

This morning's work out was 5 mins on Elliptical to warm up, 27 mins of upper body weight training and 60 mins of a Power Aerobics class.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Yoga was completely different this week from last week (different gym, different instructor). Last week rerqlly pushed me. This week not so much. Glad I went to morer than one class as I can see they are all really different! 1.5 hours tonight of a combo of strength and step.

Doesn't matter that you just started....what's important is that you are moving!

LAgreeneyes: No worries, you have the whole year to make this goal! And as SlimCB pointed out, it's the fact that you're moving that's important!! Awesome work!

Today I got in an hour at the gym.
