1090 + 45 + 65 = 1200

(45 minutes hydro jog yesterday and a 65 minute workout DVD today)

Ok, I finally got some exercise today. Yoga and a bike ride. Unbelievable how warm it is, enough to get me to fill the bike tires and lube the chain. Will do a double class tomorrow, clean out the garage and bike ride too. All is good!

I'll be starting a new thread tomorrow for February!

Please join us in the February thread. We will start a new thread each month. You can dive in for the full 250 hours, or subtract 20/21 hours from the total to fit in the remaining 230ish hours for the year.

Exercise 250 hours in 2012: February hours (aprox. 20 hours)
