So we have Comcast (or are they Xfinity now?) and in their On Demand video they have fitness videos you can do. They're all free but are usually only on there for a certain period of time (say a month or two) before they get changed out for different ones. It's a great way to try out new vids w/out shelling out the bucks and if you really like the vid you can download it or buy it or, if you're cheap like me, you can set up a dvd recorder and record it.
Anyway, they put new videos in and I was browsing today and they have 5 new Gilad videos that are 50 min. each. They're in the kickingboxing section (not sure why, I haven't done any of them yet but knowing Gilad his routines aren't kickboxing). The description says they're full body workouts plus toning, which is Gilad's method of training.
Anyway just thought I'd pass this info along for anyone who has On Demand is a Gilad fan, like me.
