OK let me start by saying I thought any exercise would aid in weight loss. I recently bought a treadmill and it has 12 programs. it changes speed, incline works muscles, heart, stamina etc.. they have a weight loss on that supposedly keeps you in your fat burning zone.. um doesnt work I am well away from that...
my question as stupid as it sounds goes back to my original thinking... will any exercise program help me lose weight? I understand speed & incline will help me burn more calories. I am doing in vs out ration...
can someone enlighten me???
