Default Question about Turbo Fire?

Hey there.

I need to up my cardio on Tuesday and Thursday's, I do strength training Mon, Wed and Fri so I'm simply just looking for cardio.

Are the Turbo Fire DVD's only 30mins. Or how long are they? And are they a good cardio workout?

Don't know about Turbo Fire but I've done the older Turbo Jam Cardio by the same instructor. It was fun and definitely challenging!

Hi,

I've just started doing Turbo Fire, the cardio workout's will make you sweat and defo work!

There are 4 cardio (or fire) workouts, which are 30 mins, 45, 55 and 60 minutes long, and there are also 3 HIIT workout, 15, 20 and 25 minutes long.

I've done both Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire and I cannot recommend either of them highly enough.

Thanks! I've been doing the turbo jam's on Tues and Thurs but getting bored of them. I have cardio party 1, 2 and 3 and fat blaster. I find that I'm not liking it when it takes 45-55mins a workout so I've been sticking to the fat blaster. I do it on my lunch break from work when I'm at home so I need something quick and over and done with in 30mins or so. Plus I can do the fat blaster now right through with no problems and not getting the same effects in the workout like I use to. I'm wondering if I can just get the 30min Turbo Fire and the 3 HITT workouts seperately? I'd prefer that
