I'm excited to start this! Such a great way to stay motivated on working out, I've been having some motivational issues with exercise lately. I do mainly fitness classes. I'm gonna start with today though, not the 1st!

Here's the plan:

November 7 - Xforce Cycling (60 min) DONE
November 8 - Piloxing - Pilates/Boxing/Dance class (60 min) DONE
November 9 - Gentle Yoga (90 min) Cancelled & Boxing (60 min) Done!
November 10 -Zumba (60 min) Not Done
November 11 -Boxing (60 min) DONE
November 12 - Zumba (60 min) Not Done
November 13 - Sculpting (60 min)
November 14 - Dance Central Xbox Kinect (60 min)
November 15 - Piloxing (60 min)
November 16 - Yoga (90 min) & Boxing (60 min)
November 17 - Rest
November 18 - Boxing (60 min)
November 19 - Zumba (60 min)

Oooh can I join? I'm going to try and stick on plan this time. *crosses fingers*

Weekly goal: 150 minutes exercise.
November 6: 30 minutes walking (1.8 km)
November 7: 25 minutes walking
November 8: 30 minutes "Dance Central"
November 9: 45 minutes walking (2.8 km) + 30 minutes "Dance Central"
Weekly total so far: 160 minutes.

Edit b/c I completely forgot about the walk at the dog park on Monday.

Nov 5 Rode the bike 19 miles on the bike path
Nov 6 Walk 30 minutes at the Nature Preserve. Sunset was unbelievable.

Today I ran 2 miles in 20:22. Bear in mind I have to do some walking, but I shut my GPS watch off when I walk, so I end up running the whole 2 miles.
