I am on week 2 of the C25K program. So thats only 3 days a week of walk/jogging at 20 minutes, plus a 10 minutes brisk walking. (So far)
But I am super motivated to lose weight and 3 days a week at 20 minutes doesn't seem like enough. I feel like if I had a personal trainer they would work me out MUCH harder than that.
What would you all recommend?
