Does anyone do Exercise TV
(those short segments preloaded on the TV)? If yes, what workouts do you enjoy?
My boyfriend and I have been doing Leslie Sanstone's Start Walking A Mile
and we both really like it. It's not as intense as others but by the end of it I'm sweating and panting like I should be. Leslie Sanstone is a great motivator.
(Yes.. I feel silly walking in front of the TV. But not as silly when it's a rainy day and I can't walk outside!)
