My name is Rachel, im 22 and a mothere of an 8 month old wee girl called Sophie (she is 8 months on the 19th). With being a mum its quite hard to get out the house for exercise because you need to think about taking the baby everywhere, my partner works mon-fri 9-5 so I only really get time to get out to the gym for a swim at night.
I go swimming twice a week and on one of those nights I do water aerobics. I am going to go to zumba and a spinning class too but I wanted something I could do two or three times a week during the day when Sophie has her nap so I just bought online an aerobic step and a couple of workout dvds.
They will be arriving on tuesday, so excited to get started.
I am on day 3 of my diet and I feel great, I will admit to having 2 glasses of white wine last night because my partner and I had a couple of old friends over but I was out for a brisk walk with the pram for 45 minutes this morning.
