Hi everybody!!! Since I start running everyday I got this horrible pain in my right side. I google it and discover the name... "runners cramp". Does anyone has feel this before, wanna know more about it. Thanx
i've had that. when it happens, i slow my pace (but still keep running) and breath deeply. it's one of those things that you end up "pushing through. i try not to let it make me stop and walk because i want to build my endurance and i am training for long distance races.
