Anyone else ever do a c25k on an elliptical?
I have a hisory of stress fractures from running in the past, so I started a c25k on my elliptical.
Anyone have success doing this?
Obviously i don't plan to run a 5k afterwards, but to be able to do 20 minutes of "running" on the elliptical would be awesome!....and some weightloss would be nice too
