These are awesome! The Hundred is a killer, OUCH!

1) Weigh 224lbs (my previous low)
2) Weigh 199lbs (finally under 200!)
3) Weigh 174lbs (100lbs lost)
4) Weigh 150 (almost at goal)
5) Start toning/weight training and end somewhere around 140lbs
