I want to start an email support on fitness..Someone who have 50 or more pounds to loose...and care on showing moral support on our daily exercise...cheerful support and a daily push on keeping our fitness going strong!!
I walk,dance/march on listening to music and lost 8 Lbs so far!! and feel very eager on continue on this.
If anyone care on being an email support loop that I want to create..Email me..which my email address is on my profile. I am home daily and a good cheerleader when it comes to fitness.
