Default Flexability

My goal after i lose weight to be flexible you know. Splits and whatnot. I think i should start training myself now,but i don't know where to start. Anyone wanna help?

You should do yoga. Yoga does wonders, it feels so good and you see results. You'll become more flexible (splits may happen, they may not. Some people will never be able to do the splits), you'll notice more strength in your arms, and your mind will become calmer.

I personally suggest you go to some yoga classes instead of practicing at home, especially if you have never done it before. An instructor can guide you and correct your poses so you will be less likely to pull a muscle or otherwise hurt yourself. And don't worry about not having much flexibility before you start yoga. In my experiences, in the yoga studio nobody will judge you. They will be happy and excited that you are there!

Yeah, yoga! I'm a huge fan. It builds strength, flexibility, and cardio at the same time. How can you go wrong?

I'm not a yoga gal. I got an old video by Karen Voigt. I much prefer athletic stretching because I just don't even have the normal flexibility for yoga.

Restart 5/18/15 began at 263.9. All time high was 275 in 7/03. Low in Summer 2012 of 169.
