Need exercises!
I'm starting my weight loss training i am a woman and as a woman i don't want Arms that look like ham, or thighs that look like turkey legs. I need some ways to reduce it, anything that can tone my chin and back/abdomen areas. It's school time too, so if possible fast intense effective workouts that are budget friendly are great! :hug:
