I am trying to lose weight like almost everyone here, recently me and my spouse have been trying the Wii game Just Dance and it SEEMS like a good workout, though we tried Wii Fit and fell out of the habit.
My question is: Has anyone successfully incorporated some of the more active games that have been offered into a regimen to positive results? I've heard that losing weight through video games is a fallacy so I am really wondering from people in the community here at 3 chicks.
