I am new here but I totally loathe any type of group exercise that requires coordination. I always feel bad cause I dont have the best coordinationbut I keep going! Mind you. I dont mind spinning.
Six inches (laying down with your hands under your *** and keeping your legs together, straight, six inches from the ground).
My calve muscles are huge from being heavier and then becoming a decent runner. I can plank forever but I swear to god I can't hold six inches for more than 30 seconds, they're just too heavy.
I hate running and pushups. At one time I had worked up to running a full 3 miles and doing 30 pushups, and I hated it just as much as when I struggled to with the first 30 sec/1 rep. I'm starting P90X, so not looking forward to pushups again, but I'll NOT be running again!
