Regular exercise=less illness?
Have any of you noticed since adopting a regular exercise routine that you are less suspectible to illness - i.e. - colds, viruses, etc.?
I used to get sinus infections all the time, seriously. They would linger for sometimes 6-8 weeks at a clip. Since I started working out vigorously the last few months, I've had not even a sniffle. I know it's summertime but I used to get sinus infections any time of the year - it didn't matter. What about the rest of you? |
I tend to agree, seem to be super healthy, the one cold i did get over the last two years i barely noticed i even had it.

I would have to agree as well. And running seems to be helping with my allergies as well. A LOT less sneezing! Yay for exercising! :)

Absolutely. When regularly exercising, as well as eating healthier foods, I get sick much less often!

I wish! Since starting to watch what I eat and exercise I've been sick A LOT! Most likely it's due to other external factors (lots of travel and my kid starting school) but I'm really tired of being sick. :(
