I never could get the numbness to stop on the ellliptical...until I stopped wearing shoes on it. Now that I get on there either barefoot or in my socks I never get numb toes...of course you can only do that if you have your own elliptical, lol.
This is my second time around with weight loss. Originally lost from 220 down to 155. Learn from my mistakes and don't relapse! LOL
