I cant seem to be able to run. walking/speed walking im fine.. but if i start to run I start having issues. my breathing gets hard.. and feels like i cant breath. NO problems other wise? am i just taking on too much too quick?
i can do 2 miles walking in 25 minutes.. 3 milesin about 48 minutes..
speedy walking. but i would love to learn to RUN?
any suggestions? maybe i just need to start over slowly?
