For the last 4 out of 6 yr's I started jogging and really enjoyed it, I'm slow but it's at my own pace. The problem is in the last few wk's I can't seem to motivate myself? This is something I enjoy doing everyday. I have waited all winter to get off this treadmill and get outside & run with the dog, and now that nice weather is here I really don't want to do it?
I'm sorry and I can relate. I remember being very excited about doing Bikram Yoga, and when I finally got some time to do it, I couldn't actually get the motivation to get to class. It was awful and it brought my spirits down because I kept beating myself up about it.
Maybe try to be a little forgiving to yourself about not being able to get to your jogging will help.
