I have convinced myself that if I am not super sore in the morning I am not working hard enough.
I am doing 500 calories worth of cardio five days a week, this usually takes about 45mins. Intermittent strength training for 20ish min dependent on schedule. Not even close to sore.
Scale has not budged. Extremely frustrated as food intake has been clean and minimal.
What does it take...doubling this routine? Daily 1.5 hrs of cardio 800-900 calories, plus abs, pilates and strength training? I have convinced myself the only way to lose weight is get used to the idea of working out five days a week for two hours.
