WAY TO GO!!! I'm trying to take more steps myself but sitting for 12 hrs at work 4 day/week is not really conducive toward my goal. To add salt to my injury, i work night so my eating/sleeping schedule is a little screwy as well. I just recently break out my pedometer again and am trying to walk on my days off =]
