Heatthesweatpants- I do also count calories and watch sugar, sodium, and carbs. I have to bring my food journals in for him to analyze each week and he gives me tips and advice on how to improve!
So I feel like he is tuning into every aspect to get me to my goal weight!
jenjen- Im very glad to hear it is going well for you! YAY! I signed up for 20 sessions (at my gym, they had a special 20 for the price of 12- no brainer!! ) haha! I am hoping we can get me down to my goal weight! That would be FANTASTIC!
