Default Exercises I can do while at work?

I am currently going to school from 7:50-12:35... and then from 1-6 PM Monday through Thursday I am at work. And then after that I go home, eat dinner, do homework, and relax some. I have almost no time for exercise.

However... today I realized that I have some time while I'm at work to do some exercises. I did some scaled pushups, squats, and lunges... probably about 30 each... and then it got really busy at work and I couldn't do any more...

But yeah... I don't work at an office... I work at a vet clinic, and am/can be on my feet at all times. I'm not always on my feet... but yeah. I very easily can be.

I'm in jeans, tennis shoes, and a scrub top... and I can't just start sweating a ton during work... but if I can do little things here or there... like I did today...

So... any ideas/thoughts? Preferably things I can do standing up... I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing now... but I am looking to add a few more things... Tomorrow I'm planning on running to work, and then afterwards going for a 20-30 minute run... since I have a "kennel trip"... and that takes only 30 minutes to an hour... so it's not a problem for me to run instead of take a car... but yeah... can't do that every day though... just not enough time.

Any thoughts?

Jumping jacks, leg lifts, calf raises, if you have water bottles around you can use them as hand weights. Even jogging in place! Good for you for fitting exercise into a busy schedule.

Sounds like you're doing good so far.
How about taking a resistance band to work and you can do things like bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, rows, etc. You can attach it to a door knob or doorway if needed.
You can find examples of resistance band exercises on the internet or youtube.

Keep up the good work!!
