So this is pretty pathetic. I did Jillian Michael's Last Chance Workout, day 1. I tried day 1 about a month ago but did not continue, so today I started again with day 1. It kicked my BUTT. I literally almost cried when it was over, I was breathing so hard. And the worst part? I couldn't even do most of the excersizes! I could barely even do the "beginners" versions. I'm 21 years old and healthy, for christs sake! What on EARTH? There were 2 girls on the video who were my size who were working out just perfectly fine and seemed to be having no problems at all! I can walk 8 miles a day every day for months, and yet I still cannot complete this video without having to sit down and catch my breath? How depressing
Has anyone completed this 30 day workout? My goal is to be able to complete day ONE without having to pause. Do you think that's doable in 30 days or will I have to do it over and over again? haha.
Sorry for being a downer- I just wanted some empathy!
