this time it's for real. i'm going to stick with it. there are a few girls from work that have joined as well. so i'll actually have buddies to go with. i think that will make it easier to make myself go, because i'll have somebody to push me.

Good for you!! And you are so lucky to be able to start with others who have made the commitment to go too. That's awesome! When you go there see if they have a workout journal you can have. A lot of gyms carry those. It's motivating to see how times, resistance levels and strength training weights can change over a short amount of time. If they don't have them then just keep a notebook with you when you go.
