So Im gonna try and start a work out routine and calorie counting tomorrow but I need some work out ideas . I have the P90X set so thats an option and if anyone has tried it what did you think about it? I dont have access to a gym right now so any ideas wil be a big help. Also, whats yalls favorite wok out to do? Thanks!
My workout routine could be pretty easily done without gym access. I follow a couch-to-5k program so I do those runs three times per week. On three more days I do a light weights routine in my living room - either No More Trouble Zones, a Jillian Michaels DVD, or a total-body workout I found online, Strength Training for Busy People.
I lost 40 lbs between Nov 2010 and Nov 2011 doing low-sugar for my "50 Pounds in 50 Weeks" project. I bounced halfway back up so I'm back for more!
