You basically eat 6 200 calorie meals a day. I eat about every 2 hours or so. And you exercise for only 3.5 hours a week. But the workouts should be intense ones. On the bodyforlife website that Nelie suggested all of the workout information is there. How the intensity should feel and how you gauge it. I love it. I can't imagine being in the gym for any longer than 20 for cardio now. A few times a week I do get out and do things outdoors with my kids or play tennis or something but it's not a "requirement" with BFL.
