Default Weak feeling ankle?

Hi, all. The day before yesterday I went on a run with newer shoes and I felt fine until yesterday. I don't really feel bad, my right ankle just has slight pain on the outside; it almost feels weak, and if I turn my foot inward, it does hurt and there is a tightness there. I dont' remember hurting it, but maybe it's strained a little? It's rainy outside today anyway, so I wasn't going to do a run, but guilt pangs have overtaken me. Do you think it's a good idea to rest it out, or should I be running on it? I am doing other workouts today other than that, so I will be getting exercise. I also have a bruise on the bottom of my other foot, but goodness knows how it got there.

I would let it rest and maybe do a little ice.
