NOT motivated
UGH!!
So this morning I woke up so not feelin' it...but I DID drag myself to the gym...instead of my 3 miles & 300 calories burned, I did 2 miles and burned 200 calories, but I guess its somethign & I didnt do any of my weights(ab, leg or arm machines) off to work to do a double.... |

I know that horrid feeling...but give yourself serious PROPS for getting up and GOING! that's a huge hurdle...good for you!
