Default best exercise

What are some of the best exercises to lose weigh?I can't really afford to go to the gym right now,anyone have any ideas?

HI I found what ever you can find you can get the time to do it and will commit yourself to do. Walking is the best if you can't do to much because of money. I have heard good things on some of the tapes that people have tried. Check out some of the other threads.

I agree, whatever you can do and whatever you can enjoy is best!

For me, I have discovered weight lifting ... actually, I've always loved it, just never stuck with it so long. It's given me more energy and a better attitude about EVERYTHING. I typically dislike most aerobic type exercise and do it with reluctance! You can start a weight lifting program on the cheap, with books from the library and a set of dumbbells (typically around 50 cents a pound).

I am absolutely in love with Tae-bo. I do the advanced 30 minute workout right now and it's so much fun.
