Good for you! I don't do bikram, but I do do yoga 2xs a week (I run and ST the rest of the time). I do agree it's a way of life (and yes that does sound corny
) I really don't do it for the fitness, although yes I do get a lot out of it in that respect. But just for the way it centers me and calms me down after a hard week. I love it!
