I joined a Cardio and toning class that meets for 6 weeks and meets one day a week for an hour. Normally I do 20 minutes a day on the elliptical and I think adding a little variation will help. Any input?

I don't have the courage to join a class right now despite the fact that my gym has some of the best ones in the area. They are always creating new ones too, the latest one I saw was based on the p90x program. Maybe one day I'll go to one, but for now I'll just do my elliptical.
sounds great. maybe you will even make a weightloss buddy. always good to mix things up a bit. if you have problems keeping up don't worry about it you will get better but seriously if you've been working out on you may be surprised sometimes the skinniest people are actually worse then the larger ones.

and I didn't have the guts to join either and I was telling my boss about how I wanted to do a class and she was like well print off the forms we;re doing it together. So it will be nice and I am really worried about looking really out of shape. But i guess I have to start somewhere.
