1.25 actually!
I set out to do week 4, day 1 of c25k again (I did week 4 last week and was planning on repeating for a week before moving on to week 5). I did my 5 minute warm up, ran for 3, walked for 2 and set out on my 5 minute run. 4 minutes into it my calves were cramping up and I wanted to stop, but told myself that I could keep going for one more minute. Somehow that 1 extra minute turned into 10! I ran 15 minutes straight without stopping!! The furthest I've done before today was .5 mile/6 minutes straight.
Apparently it was all in my head that I couldn't run a mile. This is definitely my greatest victory thus far in this journey! It's amazing what our bodies can do when our minds are on board! =)
I guess this means I'm moving on to week 5 after all!
