I really need some help with ideas for new ab workout. am getting really bored pf the exercises and workout I've been doing so would love it if someone could give me a list of what they do or suggest how to make mine more interesting and a bit harder.

woah why don't you have bicylces in there? they are one of the most popular ab exercises ever and supposedly they are one if not the best.
also try vertical leg crunch, windsheild whipers, side planks, woodchops, opposite arm leg raises, scissors, and i can't remember the name for it but the one where you come up into a crunch hold it and then move in a circle a like five times and then drop and then repeat on the otherside.
