I'm looking for some good podcasts with either fitness advice, exercises, or something i can actually work out to. itunes doesn't seem to have them very well organized...anyone have any recommendations for me?
I've been using BeatBurn and LOVE it! You can choose whether or not to use your music or theirs, whether it keeps the music as is or changes the bpm to match what you're doing, workouts for inside or outside, length, intervals or hills or both.
I love listening to my own music -- in fact, it's what I was specifically looking for in an app.
