Default Calories burned walking with Leslie Sansone

Can anyone tell me how many calories are burned doing each individual segment of Leslie Sansone's walking tapes ? (With and without the weights, the 1 - 3 mile ones) I received themas an early Christmas present ad have been using them this past week. I really like them. I've done the first two so far. I think I'll wait in the three mile for a little while . Any info would surely be appreciated.

I found this calculator - it's fun and I figure that the 1 mile walk tape burns about 75 calories for me. I figured it two ways - as light aerobics and as a 4 mph walk and came up with 75 cal both ways.

I like the Leslie Sansone videos too (I have the 1, 2, and 3 mile walks). I would say jump right into that 3 mile video--you'll be breathing hard by the end but it burns a lot more calories and you'll feel great afterwards!
