Hi all! On Monday I started the couch to 5k walk/jog plan, and today is week 1, day 2. I am excited to be jogging now, and I want to stay excited! The first day I did it I really liked it...it feels really good to move my body and experience what I am capable of now, and to think of what I will be capable of in months from now.
