Since January 1st, I've been good at walking, 3 km per day!!!!...
I get dressed up warmly and I go outside to enjoy the fresh air...and I'm happy to report that I'm really starting to enjoy it!!!
I do believe that a new habit is in the making for me!!!!
I'm looking forward to it each day now.
I'm proud of myself and I do feel so much better!!!
IF I CAN DO IT...ANYBODY CAN DO IT!!!!
So go ahead, move a bit each day!!! it feels great!!!
