Default fresh air walking=starting to enjoy it

Since January 1st, I've been good at walking, 3 km per day!!!!...
I get dressed up warmly and I go outside to enjoy the fresh air...and I'm happy to report that I'm really starting to enjoy it!!!
I do believe that a new habit is in the making for me!!!!
I'm looking forward to it each day now.
I'm proud of myself and I do feel so much better!!!


So go ahead, move a bit each day!!! it feels great!!!
doing something, is better than doing nothing...
so, be proud of all your achievements!

That is the one exercise I actually enjoy. I very much need to start doing it again. Keep it up!

Awesome job!! And you are so right, walking is an awesome way to get out and get some good fresh air.

I love going for a walk and the husband is slowly learning to like it too!

You're so right! It's so nice to get outside and enjoy the air. I can rarely get out during daylight, so I go outside at night and run but it's still a wonderful feeling.
Goal 1= Pre-pregnancy weight (270)
Goal 2= Lowest weight in 4 years (215)
Goal 3= Onederland!
Goal 4= Lowest adult weight (160)
Goal 5= High school weight (140)
Goal 6= GOOOOAAAAALLLLL! (healthy BMI)
Goal 7= Baby
