Hello there! It's been a while! I'm glad to hear that your dogs are getting back to normal!! YAY!!

I've started the c25k program a couple weeks ago. I'm on week 3. 3 days a week I get in about 4 miles, the rest of the days I get about 2-3miles usually. Sometimes less, usually on the weekends!
I believe I've gotten in about 25miles since I last posted! Time has really flown by!!!

TDIPRINCESS i hope you are still getting some miles in as we head toward year's end.

I am still getting some miles in each week as I take the dogs for their walks. Although we still can't go much more than a mile with Reba, it feels good to get out almost daily with them. She is progressing well but then finds ways to hurt herself...usually playing with Rylee...and then we have to be EZ for a few days...a work in progress.

Be good...keep those miles coming!

Bumping this up for my own accountability.

Reba is up to 1.5 miles a day now, unless we see her struggling with it, then we take a day off for rest. Not sure if she will be able to ever get back to 3 miles a day or not. But for now, it's sure nice to be able to "pretend' we are back to normal with the walks Angie and I enjoy so much.

Just wanted to pop in, I'm ashamed to say I didn't follow the thread over the year, but did commit to running 1000 miles. Hit it this weekend and I'm super excited to have kept my commitment. Congrats and good luck everyone!

Great job to all!

I ended up with about 400 miles. Less than I have been getting each of the last 4 years but, with my one dog not being able to go because of her injury, I think over all it was a "fair" year. Certainly not one to brag about.

I am sure I could have done plenty of miles without her!

Good luck to all of you in 2012!

Just popping in to say I got to goal too. I got to 1009/1000 which is kind of sad as I was at almost 1000 the beginning of december and this past month was almost a wash for me with exercise. I should have been around 1100 if I had kept it up!

Not doing the 1000 mile challenge this next year, but I am committing to exercising 250 hours.
