Hello everyone, I decided to focus on my fitness in 2011 and make gym visits an ongoing daily activity.
I'm 5'7 and 150 lb but not toned and very flabby, due to yo yo dieting and losing so much weight in the past 7 years which I haven't gained any of it back.
I would like to drop 20 lb in the next 3-4 month.
I lost the endurance I once built up for running, so I will start by jogging 45-60 minutes 5 days a week. I also plan to do sculpting DVD twice a week and weight lifting another two days with a personal trainer.
My goal is to split my work out routine to do 45 minutes in the morning and another 45 in the evening.
I'm committing myself to following this routine for the next three month, then I will go on a less intense of a schedule to maintain my weight and continue toning.
I'm not a junky eater and do very well in managing my food/calories intake.
Any advice or ideas? Is this too much, too little?
