I began a healthy eating plan yesterday. In addition, I want to walk on the treadmill. I'll start for a half hour and then will gradually work up to an hour. I have some DVDs I rented from the library that I'll watch only when I walk on the treadmill. That will add some incentive for me to get on and get started!!
Awesome sauce! I <3 the treadmill but it might be difficult to do for a while because I fractured my leg. It's healed almost completely now but, considering I haven't exercised in like two years....um yeah. Well, good luck!
