Running in place. Are there stairs? Stairs are great for exercise. Even just one step can be a great workout (that's my current routine, in fact). This can also be an opportunity to focus on some things you don't normally do, like yoga, pilates or stretching. Of course, there are also DVDs if you're in to that sort of thing.
