DIY Boot Camp Recommendations?
I'm so bummed - DH and I join a gym in the winter while it's nasty out, but the gym by our house isn't doing their 6:00 AM boot camp class anymore! I was hoping to join in now that we're members again for a kick in the pants.
Does anyone have any recommendations for putting together your own "boot camp" program? I'll have access to weight machines, cardio machines, etc - I'm just not sure how to put it all together!
