I figure I need to start checking in here for accountability. Only beginning week 2 of calorie counting and have been on and off - inconsistent - with exercise. I am not in shape at all, have no strength, no endurance but I need to start moving!
My current goal - to keep it realistic - is to just make sure I get my butt on my elliptical! I need to be doing this at least 4 to 5 times per week, at least 30 mins each. I don't even want to talk about distance, its enough if I get on there!
Today burned 392 calories - 35 minutes. I always feel like the calories burned should be higher when I get stop but at least I didn't sit on the couch for that thirty minutes.
Lets hope this thread keeps me motivated and I keep checking in here every day!
