Bel - My knee is finally PERFECTLY healed! Woot! Actually, I've been able to up my mileage and running time and add in some Wii Dance Party action too I'm a bit jealous about your trip to BRAZIL...but at least one of us is going..lol! Have fun...you deserve it!

Great Thread. I always track my running- never anything else! I can spend alot of time in the gym,so I know I will appreciate watching these numbers grow all month!

Oh my goodness, what was I thinking?? thanks! yes, 1hr 5x a week being the goal, I am shooting for 1200 mins.

Must augment my original post:

12/1: 30 mins walking+ 30 mins strength
12/2: 75 mins walking+ 30 mins strength --yay me!
